Mark Dry is among the six British athletes who will compete at the European Cup Winter Throws meeting in Leiria, Portugal, on March 14-15.
It will be the Commonwealth hammer medallist's first competition since last summer. The 27-year-old threw 71.64m for bronze in Glasgow in July and will be joined in Portugal by fellow Scottish thrower Chris Bennett, who placed 12th in the hammer final at Hampden Park.
British indoor shot put champion Zane Duquemin is to double up and contest both the shot and discus.
Competing in the under-23 competitions are world junior hammer finalist Taylor Campbell, Scotland’s Rachel Hunter in the women’s equivalent and Greg Thompson in the discus.
